Cornell University
Troy Wu is an M.Eng. Computer Science student at Cornell University, working on AI4Cities’ digital urban twin. He is interested in applying AI, machine learning, and software engineering to real-world problems involving cities, infrastructure, and geospatial data.
He graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in statistics & data science from Loyola Marymount University in 2025. He has also worked on backend and full-stack engineering projects involving data pipelines, optimization, and cloud-based systems. At Cornell, his work has expanded into robot learning, AI, and optimization, with a focus on building practical systems that connect intelligent models with real-world data and applications.
“My goal is to bridge AI and geospatial data to build intelligent systems that can understand, model, and improve the urban environment.”
